The Deal
- License Grant: You're allowed to use the artwork for one tattoo per person.
- Scope of Use: You can only use the artwork for creating tattoos and can't modify or distribute it.
- Photo Submission: After getting the tattoo, you must send us a photo of it. We might use it for commercial purposes.
- Intellectual Property Rights: We own the artwork; this license doesn't give you ownership.
- Fees: $0.
- Termination: If you breach the agreement, it ends, and you must stop using the artwork.
- Governing Law: This agreement follows the laws of Australia
- Entire Agreement: This is the whole deal between us; it replaces any previous agreements.
- Modifications: Any changes need to be written and agreed upon by both of us.
You cant use the artwork, until the licence is granted. I will consider if the tattoo is good for your application, so let me know your idea and background to help make the decision!

Swallow and Sun
Licences remaining: 1
Requirements: Have done 5000 nautical miles at sea
Meaning: The symbolism of the swallow is to “return”. Return home, return to your roots, return to your family, as well as a regular traveller.
Note: Rum Monkey Signature doesn’t need to be in the tattoo!

Snake Head Tattoo
Licences remaining: 2
Requirements: That the tattoo be at least 100mm tall
Meaning: Snake tattoos represent potency and power. Snakes are typically shown coiled and ready to strike, representing a don't-tread-on-me sensibility, thus warding off evil, misfortune and potential brawls.

Pinup Sailor - Tattoo

Requirements: Want the tattoo and like the meaning
